Kvar Energy Controllers:

Kvar Energy Controllers panel mounted system is attached to the top 220v breaker if service wires come in the top, or main breaker is located at the top of the panel.
By installing the Energy Controller to the first breaker after the main breaker you are optimizing the entire panel.
This will insure whole surge protection for the entire panel.
